Summer Visitors 2

The last round of visitors were Heather, Cathy, Bailey and Trevor. We had a BUSY week!!! 

These pics are from our visit to the National Mississippi River Museum in Dubuque. We also went to the Field of Dreams and Theisen's (the local farm store...it was a hit!). We also went to a Kernels game where we got some autographs, went canoeing and made some sweet tie dye shirts.

Summer Visitors 1

My first round of visitors this summer were Sandra (the German), Nat (the Aussie), and Col (the Aussie's bf). We had a great time checking out the Great Jones County Fair, the Mississippi River Museum, playing Phase 10 and a bunch of other stuff. Can't wait to meet up with them again in Germany in a couple years!!!

Bailey Ruth Brenneman and I have been spending some quality time together. She loves to take a nap on her Aunt Bubba. 

Riding Lesson

Here's Heather's 2nd riding lesson on Roxy the bike. 

Today, we worked on turning. Too bad there is no sound, because when she pulls up the 2nd time, she says, "This is scary!!" I don't think she'll be buying a bike anytime soon.
